Strategy
The marketing department identified a small niche of potential customers located within the city. In order to increase brand awareness, the company decided to target the group of potential customers with a direct mail campaign.
The company wanted to make a lasting impression on the recipient, so they decided to send each recipient a jade crystal Notepad Holder, hand etched with the company name and logo. The jade crystal desktop item was elegant, functional, and had a high-perceived value. The jade crystal Notepad Holder was one of a complete desk set. The other items in the set were distributed at the discretion of the title company.
Results
The title company noticed a large surge of business within six months of the promotion. New customers called the title company to thank them for such a beautiful and useful gift. Eventually, the company grew to be the regional leader and is known for their exceptional customer service.
