An RV dealership’s share owners wanted to create a new RV store with an updated look for the new millennium. At the same time, they wanted to uphold the strong family values cherished by all RV families. They thought those values were best upheld by the writing of Earl Hamner in the popular TV program from the 70’s, “The Waltons”. For this reason they named the new store “Waltons RV World”.
To display their strong family values they wanted to come up with a gift they could give their customers once they made a purchase. They decided on a Two Layer Custom Cotton Throw to be given to their customers who purchase an RV from them as a “Thank You” for buying.
They decided to design a custom cotton throw to make the item more personal. The house is a “line drawing” of the Walton’s home in Schuyler, Virginia, and the motor home is the front end of a Winnebago RV. The response on the blankets was great, customers felt they got a little something extra when they made their purchase. Plus they were reminded where they bought from and the values the company has.
