Use: A company recently noticed that their customer service department was receiving a lot of positive feedback. While they knew their employees would take care of the customers, they were impressed with how well they actually were. In return they wanted to reward the department with a small gift to show their appreciation for all the above and beyond the call work.

How was it distributed: They were looking for a gift they could give their employees that was personal but also that they would keep at their desk.  They have a single serve coffee maker in their office so they gave each employee the 12 oz. Monroe Jr. Vacuum Desk Tumbler with the company logo on it and inside included 2 Starbucks k-cups.  The Tumbler can fit under any single use coffee maker and was a great gift for their employees!

Result: The department was surprised by the gift and were thrilled that they were being acknowledged for all the hard work they do. The company now keeps track of all department reviews and tries to acknowledge a different department at least once a year.
