The Customer is the Boss!

The customer is the boss – really! So National Boss’s Day is the perfect opportunity to thank all of our customers for choosing us to be part of their Company’s Engagement process. We love hearing the stories behind our customers’ purchases, seeing photos of our products in action, and of course, creating the unique and original products that our customers want! In fact, the ideas for many of our new products came directly from our customers and below you will see a few of those ideas on display. So on National Boss’s Day remember to also thank your customers for all they do.

3 Customer Inspired Ideas

1. The Saint Louis Zoo wanted to show their appreciation to their outstanding donors for their capital campaign. Lipic’s recommended a new and unique crystal award depicting four exhibits at the zoo. We developed the art and had each scene etched in 3D inside the crystal cube. The recipients were thrilled to receive their cubes. With such positive feedback, the Zoo requested a special larger award, featuring the Zoo’s famed kudu, to recognize their trustees when their term ends.

2. The Department of Facilities Engineering at Barnes-Jewish Hospital wanted a unique and classy way to recognize their retirees. Keeping the Hospital as a focal point, Lipic’s picked out a wall clock and mirror with an image of the hospital, the retiree’s name and date of retirement all etched on the front. The program has been a big hit since 2007, and each retiree is excited to display the clock in their homes.

3. Air Choice One wanted a way to outfit their staff while also promoting their small charter airline. Lipic’s created a custom web store portal with items ranging from polo shirts to caps and sweaters to blankets, all logoed with the Air Choice One brand. Employees and customers can go directly to the site to order by credit card, and a printed brochure was added to display at the terminal. Air Choice One is happy to have their logo being proudly worn by their loyal customers.
