Challenge

An engineering firm wanted to create highly personalized service awards to recognize a group of employees who had made significant contributions to the company over the years of their employment.

Solution

They devised an award that blended a 3-D version of the company’s logo in the form of a puzzle, with a pictorial showcase of the employees’ accomplishments. The centerpiece of the award features a customized logo with removable colored puzzle pieces, each engraved with a different corporate value.  As a backdrop to the logo affixed a fully working digital picture frame flanked by two Lucite side wings. Each wing was engraved – one to identify the years of service and the other, a special note written by the company President especially for each recipient. The picture frame of each award was pre-loaded with personal images of the employee as well as shots of co-workers, clients and projects they have worked on.

Results

As a fully customized award, this piece represents an excellent way to deliver creativity, innovation and value.  It was recommended that the client purchase a 5-year supply, which will not only reduce production and design costs, but will also give the firm a distinctive award that will become a tradition within the company.
