A complete explanation of the program accompanied the award. At the end of the program, the location with the best quality record was honored with a company lunch, and presented with the crystal Serenity Award. The name of the location and each department manager was hand etched on the crystal award.

Result: Quality control increased at each location, and the competition helped to motivate each of the managers. The managers were motivated by receiving the cultured stone and crystal awards, and looked forward to filling their facilities with as many crystal awards as possible.
