Stay Organized at Trade Shows and Highlight Sponsors

Use: The Dexter Tote was provided to all attendees at an annual home improvement expo. Each colorful tote conveniently contained a welcome packet, main sponsor’s catalog, local business coupons, free samples, etc. With the tote’s huge 5″ x 12″ imprint area, the main sponsor’s logo and contact information was prominently displayed. In addition to the Dexter Tote, a pen and highlighter were also supplied. Each writing instrument imprinted with the expo’s additional sponsors. The tote proved wildly popular with both attendees and sponsors.

Result: Word spread of the great give away and they soon ran out. The bag proved to be very useful for all attendees, so much that they were suggesting they use something similar in the years to come. Sponsors all saw a rise in business after the expo, due in large part to the tote. The committee for the Expo is already brainstorming tote ideas for next year’s show.
