Challenge

Emerson Hermetic Motor is proud of its engineers and their accomplishments. So much so that they wanted to put up a recognition wall honoring each patent filed by an employee.

Solution

Lipic’s created two different plaques for the honorees. One lists out each individual patent, the date and the engineer that filed. The other is reserved for only those individuals that have filed 10 patents. The plaques are displayed in a prominent location in the front lobby of the office building.

Results

The patent honorees, along with numerous other staff members, have commented on how classy the display is and how much they appreciate the recognition.
