Challenge

Energizer wanted a way to further recognize their 25-year anniversary recipients. They wanted something special that each employee would be able to keep and proudly display.

Solution

Lipic’s designed a custom personalized plaque for each individual. Some include a color photograph of the facility, while others include signatures of all of their peers.

Results

Since its inception, additional locations have started giving these out, including their European plants.
