Challenge

The Pediatrics Department at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis™ wanted to improve the recognition and the food at the appreciation lunch they provide to their employees.

Solution

Lipic’s created a custom-designed full-color lunch box with pictures of the campus, a note and signature from the department head, and did it all in less than a week. We also worked with a local restaurant to develop three different sandwiches that were significantly better than previously offered.

Results

500 lunches were filled and delivered on time and in the same budget as before with significantly better response from the recipients. Many employees expressed their appreciation for both the improved packaging and food.
