So, who is this Steve Lipic guy, anyways?

A former ivy league football player, Steve took his competitiveness and drive and turned them into a prosperous career. Starting out as an engineer for Emerson Motor Company in Ohio, he soon longed for the toasted ravioli and Ted Drewes frozen custard of his home land, and returned to St. Louis to join his dad in the family business. He immediately found his calling in sales, and in 2004, he became the fifth generation to run the former pen company turned engagement firm. Just a short eight years later and Steve has continued the long tradition of custom solutions and impressive customer service that has kept Lipic’s in business for nearly 150 years.

He’s still an avid sports fan, often spouting off random football analogies to get his team motivated to conquer the engagement world. And he’s also his kids’ biggest fan, spending numerous hours a week headed to swim meets, dance practices and soccer games. His youngest daughter is even well on her way to following in her dad’s footsteps, being named Vice President at the ripe old age of 8.

Steve’s passion and commitment is evident in everything that he does. And he surrounds himself with people who are just as passionate as he is, making Lipic’s a force to be reckoned with.
