Challenge
TheBANK of Edwardsville wanted a unique and special way to welcome new members to their team.

Solution
In working with their Human Resources department, Lipic’s developed a new member kit consisting of a logoed padfolio, pen and piggy bank, along with a personalized letter from TheBANK. Each kit is assembled in a custom box and then sent directly to the new employee’s home address.

Results
Most employees receive their new kit before their first day and have their pen and notebook in hand to begin their new journey. They know how well they are appreciated, even before their journey begins!
